TF Fitting & Installation: a new website and Google presence for a Taunton fitting specialist
TF Fitting & Installation is run by Tom Fierek, a Taunton-based fitter and carpenter with around 25 years' experience turning tired rooms into spaces homeowners are genuinely proud of. The business covers kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, garden rooms, decking, flooring and fitted furniture for homeowners across Taunton and the surrounding towns and villages.
The brief
Like a lot of trusted tradespeople, Tom's work had come almost entirely through word of mouth and repeat customers. With 25 years in the trade and a growing portfolio of finished kitchens, bathrooms and installations behind him, the reputation was there — but Tom had no web presence at all. No website, no Google Business Profile, nothing to be found if a homeowner searched for a fitter in Taunton.
The brief was to build that presence from scratch: a website that put the portfolio front and centre, made it obvious that TF Fitting & Installation could take on a whole project rather than a single trade, and made it easy for homeowners to request a quote.
What we did
We built a bold, image-led website structured around the services on offer — kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, garden rooms, decking, flooring and fitted furniture — with a filterable gallery so visitors can browse finished work by category or view any project full-screen.
Because most jobs need more than one trade, we made sure the site was clear that Tom manages the whole project from start to finish, coordinating electricians, plumbers, Gas Safe registered engineers, plasterers and decorators, so homeowners get one point of contact rather than several trades to manage themselves. A simple quote request form and a phone number within easy reach on every page make it effortless to get in touch, backed up with a WhatsApp chat widget for quicker questions.
Alongside the website, we set up a Google Business Profile from scratch — verified, fully filled out, and linked to the new site — so TF Fitting & Installation could actually be found by homeowners searching for a fitter in Taunton, and start collecting genuine Google reviews. We built the whole thing with local search in mind, targeting kitchen, bathroom and home installation searches across Taunton and the surrounding Somerset villages.
The result
TF Fitting & Installation has gone from having no web presence at all to a proper website and Google Business Profile that match the standard of the work itself — professional, straightforward, and built to show off 25 years of craftsmanship, giving Tom somewhere to be found and a platform to grow the business beyond word of mouth.
